Amber Lynn Bakes is a home-based bakery operating under Hawaii’s Cottage Food Laws and is not inspected by the State of Hawaii. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that they are made in a home kitchen that may not be subject to state inspection.

Amber Lynn Bakes is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or other adverse effects that may result from the consumption of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and disclose any allergies prior to ordering.

Unclaimed Orders Policy:
All orders must be picked up at the time and location on the scheduled pickup date. Any items not collected by closing time will be donated or discarded at the discretion of the business. No refunds or replacements will be issued for unclaimed items.

Considerations may be made if at least 24 hours’ notice is given to reschedule a pickup.
