My Story
Would you believe me if I told you that less than 2 years ago, I couldn't bake a single loaf of bread that was edible? It all came out dense with crust as hard as a rock, and little to no rise. However, if you know anything about me, you know that I don't like not being good at things. So I committed myself to researching how to make the best loaf of sourdough. It took me about 25 pounds of flour and a ton of hair-pulling, but I finally made my first beautiful loaf in January of 2024. When I started selling my bread, I was baking it 1 loaf at a time in a Dutch oven. Then I upgraded to 2, and then slowly to 4. Now I open bake on a pizza stone, sell directly to customers, and set up at local farmers markets. Amber Lynn Bakes has seen a lot of growth over the past 18 months, and I'm so blessed to be able to do what I love.

I graduated college in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's in Nutrition and I have a passion for providing good bread (and sweets) at an affordable price. All handmade in small batches by me.
